Как разобрать и преобразовать DateTime в формат даты и времени RFC 3339?
Это реализация на C# того, как datetime анализировать и преобразовывать dotnet DateTime в его представление datetime-manipulation RFC-3339 и из него. Единственное .net ограничение, которое он имеет, заключается rfc3339 в том, что DateTime находится rfc3339 в универсальном скоординированном datetime-manipulation времени (UTC).
